Dutop 100

Non - Metallic Floor Hardener
Dubond's Dutop 100 is quality controlled, factory blended best quality ordinary portland cement, properly selected & graded washed composed with dried aggregates, polymer, additives & special hardwearing aggregates which have been selected for abrasion and wear resistant properties as well as shape and size. These latter considerations, together with the use of high performance work ability admixtures ( Duplast SP & Duplast HP ), produces a material which is easy to trowel into the surface of fresh, wet concrete. Dutop 100 cures monolithically to provide a dense, non-porous surface which is extremely hardwearing, abrasion resistant and impact resistance of concrete floor to allow heavy duty movements. Being non-metallic, it provide extra strength and an anti-skid surface which will never get rusted and disintegrate.

  • Abrasion & Impact Resistance - High abrasion & impact resistance provides erosion resistance due to movements of vehicular traffic.
  • Develops 80% more abrasion resistance than control concrete.
  • Corrosion - Does not contain ferrous aggregate, so any rusting & erosion of floor.
  • Dust resistance - Smooth & hard surface prevents dust generation due to movements.
  • Ease of application - Pre-mixed powder, easy to dry shake & trowel.
  • Easy and economical to apply
  • Forms monolithic bond with base concrete
  • Provides a hard, abrasion resistant surface Strength - Excellent compressive strength increases wear resistance of concrete floors
  • Uniformity - Provides monolithic bond to fresh concrete surface, so prevents joints & pothole formation.
  • Water absorption - Very low water absorption because it forms dense & low permeability substrate.
